1. The deadline for author registration with accepted paper(s) is November 10, 2009. If you register late, your paper may not appear in the proceedings.
2. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied with the regular registration and payment by at least one of the authors (only regular registration will be allowed for this purpose).
3. One regular registration will cover the publication of up to two accepted papers. Each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration will be subject to a mandatory publication fee of KRW300,000.
4. The page limit for each paper is six. Up to four additional pages will be permitted for a charge of KRW180,000 per additional page.
5. No printed proceedings will be made available at the conference.
6. Refund policy: Processing fee KRW100,000 by November 10, 2009. No refund will be honored after November 10, 2009. |

Attendees not using credit cards can make the payment using the bank transfer. Payment via bank transfer must be made within 7 days after the registration. A copy of transaction with your name must be sent to the conference secretariat by Fax (+82-2-571-2721) or E-mail (cira2009@jcinter.co.kr) for confirmation. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the attendees.
