Only papers prepared in PDF format will be accepted.
 
  ¡ß Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5" x 11").
¡ß Paper Limit: Initial submissions of contributed and invited papers can be up to 10 pages in length.
¡ß The page limit for final submissions is 6 Pages. For the final submission, up to 4 extra pages
¡ß (maximum 10 pages) are permitted. Payment of US$125 will be required at the time of final
¡ß submission for each page in excess of 6.
¡ß Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt font.
¡ß Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75" (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75" in (19 mm),
¡ß except for the title page where it must be 1" (25 mm).
¡ß File Size Limitation: 2.0MB.
¡ß Do not number your manuscript pages.
¡ß Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
¡ß The authors' names and affiliations should be listed in the paper.

 

At the final stage, IEEE requires that the PDF files submitted from the accepted papers are 100% IEEE Xplore compliant. Please make sure that you follow these helpful instructions on how to produce IEEE Xplore compliant PDF files.
